Amazon Named Preferred Retailer of the French in the Multimedia - Home Appliances Category and Enters the Top 30 of Preferred Brands of the French.

In 2024, Amazon was voted the Preferred Retailer of the French for the second time in the Multimedia / Home Appliances category, according to an annual survey conducted by NetMedia Group and EY-Parthenon with more than 9,500 French consumers. Additionally, Amazon entered the Top 30 of the Preferred Brands of the French this year, ranking 27th out of 1,300 brands across all categories. T
his study, conducted annually by the OpinionWay Institute with 4,900 French consumers, highlights Amazon's privileged position in the hearts of the French.

*The annual study is conducted by the strategic consulting firm EY-Parthenon, which independently selects the benchmark retailers in each sector and analyzes their attractiveness in France. The latest study was conducted in January 2023, surveying online a panel of more than 9,500 French consumers aged 18 and over, gathering approximately 60,000 opinions.

The survey for the Preferred Brand of the French award was conducted online from January 2 to 15, 2024, by the OpinionWay Institute with a representative sample of 4,900 French respondents aged 18 and over, covering 1,300 brands.
